When we experience stress and hardship in life, it is not uncommon to feel lost. My passion is connecting you with your inner self and navigating your experiences so that you can grow a deeper connection with your emotions and relationships. Whether you are managing anxiety, depression, conflicts with your relationships, a child’s concerning behavior, or trying to find meaning in your life. I want to build a therapeutic relationship with you that allows you to explore yourself in the best way for you.

I am trained in various modalities, such as solution-focused brief therapy, play therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. My theoretical framework stems from the foundation that you want to be understood, valued, supported, and validated to develop yourself into the person you want to become. During sessions, I will provide a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. I like to focus on the present while simultaneously exploring the past and future when it feels appropriate. Additionally, developing coping skills and tools to manage day-to-day life is integral to what I incorporate in my practice while navigating your life experiences.

My clinical experience has been working with children, teens, families, and adults. I have helped with behavioral issues, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and life changes. I spent my undergrad at Texas A&M University, majoring in Psychology. After working with Communities in School for a year, I pursued a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. During my time in school, I learned many techniques that emphasized my passion for mental health therapy.
