I appreciate you taking the time to explore what may offer you support at this point in your life.

Throughout our lives, we experience various relationships, connections, and paths which lead us to where we stand today. Some experiences and emotions have been difficult and overwhelming. Therapy can be a place where you have an ongoing source of support for yourself and time to explore, learn and inquire into what is happening within you and around you. Within this therapeutic relationship, you can harness your inner ability to grow in a way that is meaningful to you.

Over twenty years ago, I received a Bachelor of Social Work and a B.A. in Spanish Language from the University of Texas at Austin. I had the honor of working for many years alongside adults, parents, adolescents, and families in various health and social service settings from a variety of backgrounds. After becoming a parent, I studied Viniyoga and later returned to UT Austin to receive a Master’s in Clinical Social Work.

I utilize a relational, strengths-based, and mindfulness approach, understanding that you already possess an internal source of wisdom, knowledge, and strength that can help guide you along this authentic, therapeutic path. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families.
